This is one of the latest patterns in the new Mason Dixon book. Isn't it too cute. When it's on your hand you just have to play with it like a hand puppet. Here's the Ravelry link.

Japanese Braiding

I learned how to do this at the fair. FUN!!!! Too bad they don't photograph as pretty as they are.

Mitts for my little one

My son (12 year old) wanted a pair of these. I'm not sure why but he did. He never asks me to knit him anything so I jumped right on his request. He's happy with them and that's all that matters. :-)
